Complaints
Last updated 7 October 2026
If something has gone wrong we want to hear about it, and we would rather fix it than have you give up on us. This page explains how to complain and what we will do.
1. How to raise a complaint
Email complaints@rampy.money, or write to Rampy Technologies, Inc., 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. To help us investigate quickly, please include:
- the email address on your account;
- the order or transaction ID, if it relates to a specific transaction;
- what happened and when; and
- what you would like us to do to put it right.
2. What happens next
| Stage | Timing |
|---|---|
| We acknowledge your complaint | Within 3 business days |
| We investigate and send a final response | Within 15 business days |
| If the case is complex, we explain the delay and give a date | No later than 35 business days |
3. Complaints about a partner
Some issues are the responsibility of a regulated partner rather than us, for example the outcome of an identity check, a bank payout, or funds held during settlement. We will tell you clearly when that is the case, pass the complaint on where we can, and give you their contact details so you can also raise it with them directly.
4. If you are still not satisfied
If our final response does not resolve matters, you may be able to refer the complaint to the relevant financial services ombudsman or dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction, and to the regulator of the partner concerned. Your legal rights are unaffected by this procedure.
For data protection complaints specifically, you may also complain to your national data protection authority. See our Privacy Policy.
