For businesses

One account for the company, not one per person.

Verify the business once and use every product from it, with a team of your own. Payouts go to the company’s bank account or to the suppliers and contractors it pays, and stablecoins go to a wallet the company controls — the same non-custodial arrangement as a personal account.

What is different from a personal account

The products are the same. Verification is not, and it is the part worth knowing about before you start.

  • You verify the company, then the people

The business itself is verified first, and then the people behind it — owners, directors, anyone who controls it, and anyone authorised to sign. Each of them gives a name, a date of birth and what they are to the company.

  • Owners are listed with their share

Anyone holding 25% or more has to be listed with their percentage. Smaller holdings are still worth recording, and our partner may ask about them.

  • The company's accounts, and the people it pays

The company's own bank accounts must be in its verified name. Paying anybody else — a supplier, a contractor, a director personally — needs their name and address, and each payment has a limit that starts lower while the account is new.

  • It takes longer than an individual

Most personal decisions arrive in under a minute. A business review usually takes until the next business day, and can take longer if a document is missing.

What to have ready

Our partner asks for these during verification. Gathering them first makes it one sitting rather than three.

  • The registered company name, address and registration number
  • What the business does, and roughly what it expects to move
  • Formation documents and proof of the registered address
  • Each owner, director, controller and signer, with a date of birth
  • Ownership percentages for anyone at 25% or more
  • A bank account in the company's name

Exactly what is asked for depends on where the business is registered. Companies in the European Economic Area are asked for more, including a national registration number and details of every associated person.

The same five products, priced the same way

There is no business tier and no volume pricing. A company pays what anybody pays.

USD, EUR, GBP, BRL, MXN across 9 networks, subject to what the business is approved for. Availability varies by country, product and payment method.

Run by a team, not one login

  • Roles

Owner, admin, finance, operations, developer or viewer. Each colleague signs in as themselves, and each role can do only what it says.

  • Approvals

Orders from a colleague who cannot approve wait for an owner or admin — every order, or only those above an amount the owner sets.

  • Pay several accounts at once

Payday for contractors or suppliers: a list of payouts, checked against each payee's limit, then sent one after another.

  • Nothing changes quietly

Adding a bank account, a teammate or a new approval rule needs a code from the person's email, and the owner is emailed each time.

Questions before you start?

If you want to know whether your setup is supported before going through verification, ask us first — it is a shorter conversation than a rejected application.

Moving serious volume? Everyone pays the same published rate today — there is no enterprise tier and no volume pricing. If that is the wrong shape for you, write to sales@rampy.money and tell us what you need. That conversation is the one that would change it.
