How to Sell USDC for Brazilian Reais with Pix
Pix pays reais in seconds, any day of the year. Here is what our partner needs from you first, and which kinds of Pix key you can be paid on.
Pix, run by Brazil's central bank, is how most of Brazil moves money now: instant, every day of the year, and addressed by a Pix key rather than an account number. Selling stablecoins into reais over Pix is fast once one thing is in place — our payment partner needs a phone number and a tax ID from you before it pays out in reais.
Who can do this
- Customers from Brazil. The option appears only for customers verified there.
- Payouts only. You can sell stablecoins into reais, not buy them with reais or open a real deposit account.
- Our partner asks for your CPF and a phone number before it approves payouts in reais.
Before your first payout
- Verify your identity, if you have not already.
- Under Verification, press Turn on next to Brazil. It asks for a phone number and a tax ID right there: your CPF, or your passport if you are not Brazilian. A business gives its CNPJ.
- Under Bank accounts, add the Pix key to be paid — yours, or that of somebody you are paying, with their name and address.

Selling
- Choose the coin and network you hold, the amount, and the Pix key to pay.
- Check the preview. The fee is 1.99% + 1.99 below 500, then 0.99% + 1.99 from 500 per order, shown with roughly what will arrive before you confirm.
- Send the coins to the one-off address shown, on the network it names.
- Reais arrive on the Pix key, usually within seconds of our partner receiving the coins.
Orders start at 100 of the coin you send. Pix itself will not carry less than R$10.

Do I need a CPF?
Only if you are Brazilian. Anybody else gives their passport number instead. A business gives its CNPJ.
How long does a Pix payout take?

Can I buy USDC with reais?
Not yet. Reais are a payout currency only on Rampy.
Can I pay somebody else's Pix key?
Yes. Add it as somebody else's account with their name and address. Each payment has a limit, lower while the account is new.
