USDT questions
Which networks can I use USDT on with Rampy?
Ethereum, Solana and Tron. Send only on the network an order or address names: the same coin on a different network is not interchangeable, and a transfer on the wrong one may not be recoverable.
What does it cost to sell USDT?
1.99% + 1.99 below 500, then 0.99% + 1.99 from 500 per order, from 100 USDT. The fee and the amount you will receive are shown before you confirm.
Which currencies can I sell USDT into?
USD, BRL and MXN, paid to a bank account on that currency's own rail. It can be your account or somebody else's, as long as you give their name and address.
Can I get paid in USDT automatically?
Yes. A deposit account gives you bank details in your name; whatever is paid into them converts to USDT and goes to your wallet, for 1.99% of each payment. An auto-convert address does the reverse, turning USDT sent to it into money in a bank account.
Does Rampy hold my USDT?
No. Coins go to a wallet you control and we never hold your keys. Conversion and payments are carried out by our regulated partner, Bridge.

Moving between two dollar stablecoins looks like it should be free and instant. It is neither, and it is probably a taxable event.

Both claim to be worth a dollar. They differ in who backs that claim, who regulates them, and what happens if something goes wrong.
